Case Assistant(case.taejinyoon.com)는 운영자가 개인적으로 운영하는 비공개 서비스로, 운영자가 직접 초대한 사람(예: 사건을 맡은 변호사)만 이용할 수 있습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 로그인 정보: Google 계정으로 로그인할 때 전달되는 이메일 주소와 이름. Google 계정의 다른 정보(연락처, 드라이브, 메일 등)에는 접근하지 않습니다.
• 이용 기록: 접속 시각, 사용한 기능, 열람한 문서 등 보안과 감사를 위한 기록.
• 대화 내용: 서비스 안에서 주고받은 질문과 답변.

2. 이용 목적

초대된 사람인지 확인하고, 서비스를 제공하며, 누가 무엇을 열람했는지 기록하기 위해서만 이용합니다. 광고, 마케팅, 판매에는 이용하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 처리

• Cloudflare: 로그인과 접속 보호(Cloudflare Access).
• Google: 로그인 인증.
• Anthropic: 질문에 답하기 위해 대화 내용과 관련 문서 일부가 Anthropic의 Claude API로 전송됩니다. Anthropic은 API로 받은 내용을 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

그 밖의 누구에게도 정보를 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

정보는 운영자가 관리하는 서버에 보관되며, 서비스 이용이 끝나거나 요청이 있으면 삭제합니다. 다만 감사 기록은 사건 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

Case Assistant Privacy Policy

Case Assistant (case.taejinyoon.com) is a private service run by an individual. Only people the operator has personally invited (for example, the lawyer handling a case) can use it.

1. What we collect

• Sign-in details: the e-mail address and name your Google account provides when you sign in. We do not access anything else in your Google account (contacts, Drive, mail, etc.).
• Usage records: sign-in times, features used and documents opened, kept for security and audit.
• Conversations: the questions and answers exchanged in the service.

2. How we use it

Only to check that you were invited, to provide the service, and to keep a record of who viewed what. Never for advertising or marketing, and never sold.

3. Third parties

• Cloudflare: sign-in and access protection (Cloudflare Access).
• Google: sign-in authentication.
• Anthropic: to answer questions, conversation content and relevant document excerpts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not use content received through its API to train its models.

Information is not shared with or sold to anyone else.

4. Storage and deletion

Information is kept on a server managed by the operator, and deleted when you stop using the service or on request. Audit records may be kept as long as the case requires.
